Class Information

Class Samples are available for viewing at Sacred Moondance.  Some classes will fill early and a waiting list is then taken for those filled classes.  You will be contacted if an opening becomes available and will be on a first come – first served basis.

How Do I Register?

You can register for a class by either coming by the store or by calling us at 949.583.9336.  You will need to provide us with credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) information.

When Do I Receive a Supply List?

You will receive a supply list for your registered class after payment.  You will also be offered a 10% discount on items purchased at Sacred Moondance for your class which are noted on that particular supply list.

Trixies’ Clubhouse Rules

  • What the heck is Trixies’ Clubhouse?  Why it’s our classroom!  (The clubhouse where we can go and be with friends and create to our hearts content!)
  • All classes assume you have basic rotary cutting and piecing skills.  If you don’t yet have these skills, please join us for one of our beginning quilting classes.
  • Unless otherwise noted in the class description, classes require that you bring your sewing machine with you (don’t forget your cords and foot pedal) and is in good working condition.  Don’t have a machine?  We have (4) Janome rental machines – the cost is $5.00 for the first three hours and $1.00 per hour thereafter.
  • Most of the classes offered require basic sewing supplies (rotary cutter, mat, thread, scissors, seam ripper, etc.).  Check your supply list for additional supplies needed.  (We are unable to “loan” out our rotary cutters.)
  • Although we love them, we are not able to accommodate children (unless it’s a kid’s class of course!),  guests, family members or pets in class.
  • Respect and Consideration.  Please silence your cell phone during class so as not to disrupt your classmates.  If you must make or take a call, please do so away from the classroom area.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your class and provide 7 business days advance notice, you may transfer to another  class or receive a store credit or a refund.  If you cancel with less than 7 business days notice, please find a friend to take your place or you will need to forfeit your class fee.

Unless noted as a “Rain or Shine” Class, the classes have a minimum enrollment number.  If that minimum is not met and the class is cancelled, you may transfer, receive store credit or receive a refund of your class fee.
