Orders
We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, PAYPAL and “Google Checkout”. Billing and shipping information, including IP addresses are verified and validated with credit card information for all orders. We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary for any reason. We reserve the right to ship to your credit card billing address if necessary.
Products on Our Site
Products depicted on this site may or may not be accurately displayed on your computer monitor. It is important to read the item description and the color description when given. In order to assist you in your selection. We have a 1 yard fabric minimum on regular priced fabrics, and sale priced fabric minimums may vary. Your order will be corrected at our office and the quantity and dollar amount adjusted if your order does not reflect these minimums prior to final processing and shipping. Occasionally, due to availability of a fabric or other product, we may reduce yardage, and/or substitute an item or fabric in a order, collection, club pack, kit or other with like or better quality/theme item. You may specify no substitutions on your order in the comments section. We are not liable for incorrect pattern or kit instructions.
Customer is responsible for double checking the items they have in their shopping cart prior to submitting their order. Please note that our shopping cart features the ability to save items in a cart without finalizing and these items will show up in your cart when you return to our site within a certain number of days. Please note that we reserve the right to eliminate a product, reduce a product quantity or substitute a similar product in your order. We do update our site daily to avoid this, but it does on occassion happen. If you wish not to have a change made to your order without notice, you must specify this in the comment section of the order. We are unable to combine orders that are submitted separately.
We are not responsible or liable for orders that are not received to our office. For orders that were placed, processed and shipped to the address listed on the customer order form, but were not received by the customer, the customer must notify us within 14 days from date of shipment notification or customer will forfeit any claim thereafter. Please note that all processed orders are shipped promptly and the customer will receive a shipment notification via email that contains tracking information.
International Orders (Orders outside the USA)

Returns
We assure that our products will be delivered to you in satisfactory condition. If you determine that an order or part of an order is unsatisfactory and desire to make a return, you shall be allowed up to seven (14) days from the date of shipment notification to contact us for resolution. Merchandise that is defective or damaged will be promptly replaced. For goods returned for other reasons, the items may be returned for a merchandise credit which excludes all shipping costs and is subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee for the returned items. Customer must contact our customer service to receive a return authorization number (RMA) for ALL returns or the returned package will be sent back to you with any additional fees incurred. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on certain items including, but not limited to software, patterns, quilt kits, batting, books, videos, special orders, cut fabric and notions. All pre-orders deposits for any merchandise is non-refundable.
Shipping
We value your business and promptly ship out your orders by UPS or USPS Postal Mail for standard delivery for all orders within the Continental U.S.A. (48 states) only. Signatures may be required for delivery. Post Office Boxes, Military mail, HI, GA, AK, special orders, custom orders or excessive weight items will be charged additional costs IF the shipping and handling charges incurred exceed our regular limits. All special orders, pre-orders and direct/drop shipped orders will be charged for any and all additional charges incurred. For example, an item that is oversized may have additional shipping charges and will be noted that additional shipping will be applied for that item. Additional shipping charges may appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge.
Prompt Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Items shipped directly to customer (direct/drop ship) will vary in delivery depending on product, vendor and/or availability. Orders usually arrive within 1-7 business days from time of shipment to your home within the Continental USA. See chart below for more information. For non-receipt of your order, customers must notify us within 14 days from date of shipment notification or customer will forfeit any claim thereafter.
Occasionally, due to availability, we may be out of a product and your order may be placed on a pre-paid back order status untill we are able to ship the item. In-stock items are shipped promptly, unless customer specifies otherwise. Additional shipping charges may apply for back ordered, pre-orders, and special order merchandise. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
